Since joining the firm in 1994, Art has become an integral member of the Washington, DC, office as one of Savills leading experts in structuring large complex transactions. To date, he has negotiated more than 15 million square feet of real estate transactions for media, technology, life science and biotechnology corporations, as well as law firms, government entities and nonprofit organizations. His specialties include build-to-suits, lease restructures, joint ventures, new leases, acquisitions and dispositions.
