Ari joined Baum in 2018 as the founder of the Urban Office & Industrial Division, bringing with him 17 years of combined experience in commercial real estate and finance. Prior to joining Baum, Ari spent 8 years as a broker at Jameson Commercial where he specialized in investment sales, commercial leasing, and investment advisory services. A top agent there, year after year, he was Jameson Commercial’s top producing agent in 2017. Ari possesses a unique background having worked as a financial analyst on Wall Street prior to his career in real estate. His underwriting and financial modeling expertise, combined with his strong negotiating skills and deal making prowess, allows Ari to effectively serve his clients’ interests in a multitude of ways. His experience includes a wide variety of asset classes including office, industrial, retail, multi-family, and development land.
