Ari Klein joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2011 as a Senior Director in the office tenant representation group. Mr. Klein has served as a tenant representation broker in the corporate real estate industry since 2002 and specializes in representing corporate, legal, and institutional clients with their commercial real estate requirements in the Chicago area and nationally. Mr. Klein is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Legal Sector Advisory Group and has handled negotiations for many of Chicago’s premier law firms.
Mr. Klein is directly responsible for team formation, creating and implementing overall strategy, and overseeing all negotiations for one of the largest teams at Cushman & Wakefield, Chicago. Prior to joining C&W, Mr. Klein served as a Senior Vice President at Grubb & Ellis. Previously, he was an officer with The John Buck Company for six years working as a Vice President in the firm’s Strategic Advisory Group.
