Anthony "T.J." Liberto serves as Associate Director Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group for the Mid-Atlantic Region and specializes in the disposition of multi-family properties in the greater Washington, DC area as well as throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Mr. Liberto joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2007 and has sold properties for clients ranging from large institutions to small individual owners. During his tenure at C&W, he has completed the disposition of over 8,000 units with an aggregate value in excess of $950 million. In addition to the sale of existing assets, Mr. Liberto is also active in the disposition of multifamily land and capital markets executions for both existing properties and multifamily development. Mr. Liberto started in real estate at CB Richard Ellis in Baltimore, Maryland serving as a sales assistant. He has a B.A. in Management from Gettysburg College and holds real estate licenses in Maryland and Virginia.
