Anthony Ledesma is the Founding Partner of DIA Capital Group. With nearly 20 years of experience and a career spanning over $40 billion in commercial real estate transactions, Anthony brings deep industry expertise across both advisory and principal investment roles. Before founding DIA Capital Group, Anthony was a Managing Director and Co-Head at Hodges Ward Elliott (HWE), where he played a key role in expanding the platform beyond New York and into new verticals. Prior to HWE, he served as Managing Director and Co-Head of JLL’s New York Institutional Investment Sales team, where he became the youngest professional ever promoted to MD at that level within the firm. Over the course of his career, Anthony has led landmark transactions, including 550 Madison Avenue / Sony Building (Office – $1.4 billion), 5 Bryant Park (Office – $640 million), Tower 56 (Office Recapitalization – $275 million), The Cole (Multifamily – $130 million), and 156 East 56th Street (Land – $104 million).
