About
Anthony is a senior associate in the Corporate Real Estate division of Ascension, specializing in buy-side and sell-side M&A and portfolio acquisitions and dispositions for investment banks, developers, REITs, private equity firms, and other institutional clientele. Before entering the real estate world, he earned a degree in finance from Penn State, later becoming an analyst at J.P. Morgan. Prior to joining Ascension, he brokered and acquired an aggregate total of $70 million of distressed commercial real estate debt nationwide and assisted a client with a $60 million recapitalization on a property located in downtown NYC. With an extensive knowledge in real estate valuation, financial modeling, restructuring, special situations, bankruptcy, and foreclosures, Anthony is an invaluable member of the net lease division.
