Annamaria joined Rittenhouse Realty in September 2021 and oversees the administrative and operational duties for the Florida region, as well as our Student Housing division. Annamaria brings a diverse background to this role as Rittenhouse expands into the Florida market and grows our student housing niche. Prior to joining our team, Annamaria spent almost four years at a global real estate company focusing on client relationships as well as organizational and office support. She focused on portfolio management, document drafting and innovative ideas and software to improve client services.
Prior to beginning her career in commercial real estate, Annamaria worked as a paralegal for a handful of law firms, in different specialties in and around the Philadelphia region. Annamaria is an expert in organizational efficiencies with a keen eye for innovative ideas and solutions. She possesses strong time management skills, demonstrates excellent customer service and strategic thinking to accomplish tasks efficiently and effectively.
