About
Andy Weiss is a founding member of Dansker Capital Group and is responsible for sourcing and securing commercial real estate debt financing for assets both in the New York area and nationally. He has existing relationships with both national and regional lending sources including government agency lenders, commercial banks, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies, private and public funds and bridge lenders.
Prior to Dansker Capital Group Andy was an Associate Director at Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation where he developed expertise in debt placement as well as forming deep relationships in the Real Estate community.
Andy is involved in various industry groups. He sits on AIPAC’s Young Real Estate Council in addition to being a founding member of Real Estate Emerging Leaders (REEL) and the Jewish Business Network for Real Estate, associated with Chabad of the Upper East Side of Manhattan.
Andy started his career at PwC’s Financial Markets practice where he focused on providing valuation and transaction services for structured mortgage debt products.
Andy received a B.S. in business administration and an M.S. in accounting from Northeastern University.
