Andrew Visnick is a Director with Newmark based in the Tampa office. Mr. Visnick’s primary focus is on the Greater Tampa Bay, Sarasota/Bradenton, and Lakeland markets. In addition, he also supports the Orlando/Central Florida regions. Andrew is responsible for multifamily brokerage and advisory services, specializing in investment sales, land sales, and equity and debt placement. Before joining Newmark, Mr. Visnick worked as a Capital & Acquisitions associate at InvestRes (fka Avesta), a national real estate company specializing in the acquisition, capitalization, and operating of multifamily properties. Prior to InvestRes, Andrew was ranked top of his starting class while at PricewaterhouseCooper (PwC), where he performed financial audits of large privately help companies across various industries. Education: Mr. Visnick graduated from the University of Tampa, where he studied accounting and economics. He earned his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation in 2017.
