Andrew Taub is an associate director at Newmark’s New York headquarters, where he specializes in the representation of both tenants and owners in retail leasing transactions. With his comprehensive knowledge of the city’s commercial real estate market, Andrew is able to provide tenants with strategy, advice and assistance for meeting their real estate requirements. He also relies on his retail prowess to assist owners in finding the most suitable and creditworthy tenants. Andrew has worked with such tenants as MedMen, which he helped secure its New York flagship at 433 Fifth Avenue, and Gregorys Coffee, which he currently represents in its expansion throughout New York. As an owner representative, Andrew currently represents New York-based GFP Real Estate, Gould Investors L.P., Rosemark Management and Stonehenge, among others.
Andrew is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of New York. He received his Master of Science degree in real estate finance at New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.
