I have 15 valuable years of experience in commercial real estate and have had the privilege of working with some incredible companies throughout my career. As a commercial real estate broker, I have advised companies such as Dorsey & Whitney, Aspect Consulting, MacDonald-Miller, Northwestern Mutual, Atlas Workbase, and Thompson Reuters, among others. I am a hands-on broker that remains engaged throughout the entire real estate cycle: starting with strategic planning that helps define a company’s needs, leading into site selection, lease negotiation, budgeting, vendor selection, construction management, space commissioning, and post-move employee feedback and follow-up. My approach to brokerage was shaped by the 9 years I spent as a commercial property manager with Hines. It was there that I managed a team that oversaw the Stanford Research Park and more than 1.6 million square feet of commercial space for tenants such as Facebook, Skype, Lockheed Martin, and Stanford Hospital.
