Andrew has over seven years of experience in the East Bay Industrial market. He specializes in all brokerage facets, from tenant and landlord representation to sourcing properties for potential buyers and listing property for sale. Andrew focuses mainly on distribution warehouses, manufacturing plants, and R&D/Flex facilities along the I-80/I-880 corridor throughout Alameda and Contra Costa counties.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Andrew began his real estate career at the CBRE Oakland office in the Research Department and was then at Cornish & Carey Commercial Newmark Knight Frank’s Emeryville office as a broker.
Andrew received his BS in Industrial Design from Cal State University, Chico.
