Mr. Scheinerman joined The Kislak Company, Inc. in 2011 and specializes in the sale of multifamily and other investment properties throughout northern New Jersey.
After his first year with Kislak, Mr. Scheinerman received the company’s prestigious Rookie of the Year award, which recognizes a newer salesperson who records the greatest achievements during the year. Mr. Scheinerman has become one of Kislak’s leading producers having sold investment properties totaling more than $60 million throughout northern New Jersey.
Mr. Scheinerman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Towson University, and received a Masters in Real Estate and Finance from New York University.
He is a member of the New Jersey Apartment Association and the Property Owners Association of New Jersey and is an active supporter of The Jewish Guild for the Blind and Joint Distribution Committee.
