About
Andrew joined Ackman-Ziff in June 2023 as a Director. He is responsible for the structuring and execution of debt and equity transactions including debt financing, mezzanine financing, preferred equity, joint venture equity, and programmatic equity across a range of asset classes. Prior to joining Ackman-Ziff, Andrew was on the principal side at Strata Equity Group leading an industrial and retail investment vehicle where he was responsible for deal sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, conducting due diligence, capitalizing new investments, and asset management. Prior to Strata Equity Group, Andrew was at JLL in Los Angeles representing Kaiser Permanente across Southern California where he completed over 100 transactions across land acquisitions, build-to-suits, office acquisitions, and leasing. Prior to JLL, Andrew was an analyst at HFF in Washington, DC. Andrew has been involved in over $4.5 billion of transaction activity across acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
