He has 12+ years of diverse experience in the real estate industry, allowing him to provide optimal capital solutions for real estate owners and clients. His comprehensive experience includes fund management, originations, and investor relations. Throughout his career, Andrew has been responsible for fund-level financial modeling and managing relationships with institutional equity partners. Andrew spent five years on the originations team structuring capital executions for LIHTC syndications and performing cash-flow modeling for a nationally recognized affordable housing syndicator. Andrew obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, with an Emphasis in Finance, from California State University, Fullerton, and a Certificate in Real Estate Transactions from UCI’s Paul Merage School of Business.
