Andrew Lehner works in the retail services group for CBRE and is responsible for the leasing, sales, and development of retail pad sites, strip centers, and mixed-use complexes throughout the Southwest, mostly in Texas. His clientele includes both private owners and developers as well as multiple institutional entities. Tenants he has completed transactions with include Target, TJX, Ross, Best Buy, Hobby Lobby, Buc-ee's, Top Golf, AMC Theatre, Chick-Fil-A, Chipotle, Whataburger, Darden, Bloomin Brands, and many more. Mr. Lehner also has extensive experience in land brokerage as well, leasing and selling land to different use-types such as multifamily, single family rental, industrial, medical, hospitality, sports complexes, etc.
