Andrew Jacobs is a Managing Director at Colliers, working exclusively with the New York Capital Markets team that has completed over $40 billion in transactions. He has over a decade of Investment Sales experience, during which he completed nearly $800 million in aggregate sales. Andrew’s expertise has been in the disposition of family-owned real estate assets. Some of his recent transactions include the $182.5 million leasehold sale of Wharton Commerce Center – a 1m SF industrial portfolio in Wharton New Jersey, the $41 million sale of 174 Mott Street – a 37,000 SF Manhattan office sale to a user with the intention of creating a tech incubator in SoHo, the $98 million New York City retail portfolio sale for NYREIT and the $64 million sale of the Plaza at Harmon Meadow in Secaucus, New Jersey.
