About

Andrew Iadeluca is Principal at New Development Capital in NYC & Miami. Prior to starting his own company Andy had a successful career in originating and closing over $1.5 billion in Private Capital with a focus on land, bridge, and construction financing. He last left JLL and started his career at Wells Fargo Advisors, where he was part of a top-ranked Private Client Group managing over $12 billion in assets. In this role, he managed relationships between the commercial and private banks, working with high-net-worth individuals and family offices in the New York City metro area. Andrew Iadeluca also has a background in sports, as he was a BIG EAST Academic All-Star on the men's Division 1 soccer team at Syracuse University. In 2004, he graduated from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse with a degree in Finance and Marketing and a minor in Economics.
