Drew Garrison, Director, works within in the Structured Finance team out of Walker Dunlop’s Dallas office. He is responsible for sourcing equity and construction debt for clients nationwide for all property types, including multifamily, student housing, industrial, retail, office, self-storage, and senior housing.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Garrison was a vice president at NorthMarq Capital where he sourced debt and equity for all major product types. During his 7 years at NorthMarq, Mr. Garrison was involved in the placement of over $600 million of debt and equity.
Mr. Garrison graduated from Southern Methodist University where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Masters of Business Administration from the Edwin L. Cox School of Business.
