Andrew is a Bay Area native and graduated from UC Berkeley in 2020. He currently works at Northmarq in the San Francisco office assisting clients with commercial real estate financing and advisory. He specializes in commercial debt and equity placement for multifamily, industrial, retail, office, hospitality, and mixed-use properties. His expertise includes acquisitions, refinances, recapitalizations, and construction financing. His focus is on transitional assets including value-add investment strategies and financing all stages of the development cycle from land acquisition to stabilization and every step in between. Andrew works with life insurance companies, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD/FHA, banks, private capital, CMBS lenders, PACE lenders, debt funds, and equity investors to deliver attractive financing options for his clients.
