Andrew M. Chase is a Director at Cushman & Wakefield. In this role, Mr. Chase provides negotiation and advisory services, using his comprehensive knowledge as an expert in the New York City real estate market combined with the broad range of resources at Cushman & Wakefield. Mr. Chase has worked with clients around the world comprising a broad range of sizes in the finance, law, technology, media, advertising, and nonprofit sectors to plan and execute corporate real estate strategy; including lease renewals, expansions, relocations, and consolidations. In addition, Mr. Chase has advised on the purchase and sale of commercial properties. Mr. Chase graduated from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. At Syracuse, he was a member of the Phi Eta Sigma Honors Fraternity and the Men’s Ice Hockey Team. Mr. Chase is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of New York and a member of the Real Estate Board of New York. He is also an active member of the Plaza, Grand Central, Midtown West/Penn Plaza, Midtown South, and Lower Manhattan Committees.
