Andrew Alvis joined NewQuest Properties in 2017 and is a Vice President and Development Partner for NewQuest specializing in project leasing for NewQuest developments and third party owned shopping centers. Andrew is also works extensively in tenant representation, land brokerage and shopping center development. Andrew graduated from LSU with a BS in Business Management. Prior to joining NewQuest, Andrew started Sustainable Harvesters, a successful agricultural business providing high-quality produce to restaurants throughout Houston, Austin, and Dallas. As a native Houstonian, Andrew utilizes these relationships and his market knowledge to assist his clients in strategic expansion and site selections.
