In regards to residential, we are cash buyers. On average we are closing on 5-7 properties a month. We can work in conjunction with realtors, bankers, receivership companies, RE attorneys and or any third party organizations that can streamline and or provide any inventory with regards to residential or commercial assets within our criteria.
