Anand joined Landair Property Advisors as Partner in January 2024. At Landair, Anand specializes in Manhattan development site sales. Furthermore, he is responsible for training and mentoring of the firm's Associate group. Prior to joining Landair, Anand headed his own successfull brokerage for 13 years, ARM Real Estate Group. Anand’s core relationship base includes many typically inaccessible or unapproachable owners of desirable real estate including owners of retail, mixed-use and multi-family properties. Anand has been involved in over half a billion dollars of transactions. Anand has received a Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investments from New York University Schack Real Estate Institute and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a Specialization in Entrepreneurship from the Kogod School of Business at American University in Washington DC.
