Amy’s primary focus is on the sale of retail properties in the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota. She currently serves as Vice President of the Investment Sales team at Mid-America Real Estate-Minnesota, LLC. Professional Experience Throughout her entire 22-year commercial real estate career, Amy has specialized in retail real estate. Amy began her real estate career in 1999 as a member of Welsh/Colliers’ retail brokerage department representing local and institutional shopping center owners and developers. In addition to advising landlords, Amy also represented tenants with their real estate expansion and relocation needs including Staples, Radio Shack, GNC, Golds Gym and Fantastic Sams. In 2011 Amy transitioned to Investment Services becoming a vice president of the Investment Sales Group of Colliers International.
