Amy Berg is an Vice President for the Business & Economic Incentives team as well as a Brokerage team in JLL’s Chicago, Illinois office. Her responsibilities include transaction management on team accounts, gathering and maintaining a repository of statewide incentives and assist clients in their real estate strategy. Amy has experience is working with portfolio clients like AT&T, Alight Solutions, VillageMD, Trustwave and CDW. She has worked with several teams nationwide in assisting her clients in their real estate efforts. Her experience in building evaluation, lease negotiation, mark to market analysis and portfolio management provides a unique advantage for her team. For her clients, Amy regularly goes through portfolio optimization exercises by analyzing badging data, space capacity and overall market conditions. Through these exercises, she has been able to find and create opportunities to help clients become more efficient and generate savings.
