Amir established Giryes Capital Group when he saw the great need for an intermediary between American and Israeli companies, corporations, and investors. Amir has worked in the Israeli capital market in various positions. In his most recent position, Amir was an equity research department director in one of the biggest consulting firms in Israel. His main role in the firm was to perform valuation analysis of public and private assets for investing decisions or M&A negotiations. He also gave presentations and lectures in local and international conferences about the Israeli economy, Israeli public companies, and business valuation methods. Amir graduated from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem with an Economics and Business degree at age 20, finishing in the top 3% of his class.
