About
Amelia has been the office manager for Countywide Realty since it opened in 1985. I am a licensed Broker in the state of Texas. She graduated from Lockhart High School in 1974 and from Texas State University (then Southwest Texas State) with a B. S. in medical technology in 1979. Amelia attended real estate school and got a salesman or agent license in 1985. In that same year, her husband and her opened Countywide Realty as a sister company to Countywide Builders. Countywide Realty has expanded twice in twenty-six plus years and has stayed independent. She is a HUD approved Broker and have served in the past as President, Vice-President, and Secretary for the Caldwell County Board of Realtors. Amelia is a member of the Board of Directors for First-Lockhart National Bank. She won Lockhart Post Register's Realtor of the year in 2009. Countywide Realty has won the Lockhart Post Register's Best Real Estate office every year for the past six years. Countywide Realty and Countywide Builders won Lockhart Chamber of Commerce Business of the year in 2008.
