Amanda Lagowitz joined Winick Realty Group in 2021 following her graduation from The Price School at University of Southern California with a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Development. A native of New Jersey, Amanda grew up making frequent visits to New York City, gaining a deep understanding of its various neighborhoods and markets. She was exposed to the real estate industry from a young age as her father worked at a brokerage firm for many years. Aspiring to follow in his footsteps, Amanda currently focuses on tenant representation throughout Manhattan working with retailers of all varieties and use groups. Amanda has successfully completed multiple transactions on behalf of her exclusive tenant, UrVet, with prominent landlords such as Glenwood, Pam An Equities and Jack Resnick & Sons, Inc. Prior to joining Winick Realty Group, Ms. Lagowitz interned at notable firms: Savills US, Ripco, RKF, and Thor Equities. During her free time, Amanda enjoys walking around New York City, canvassing all neighborhoods for new retail availabilities.
