Alvin Mansour leads a team of highly qualified professionals specializing in net-leased investment sales, sale-leaseback transactions, and portfolio dispositions nationwide. As Executive Managing Director Investments of Marcus & Millichap, he has completed commercial real estate investment transactions exceeding $5 billion. During Alvin's first year at the age of 20, he was Rookie of the Year and surpassed all company records as the youngest and most successful agent in the firm’s history. After attending St. Augustine High School in San Diego, he graduated from the University of San Diego where he studied Business with an emphasis in real estate.
