About
Allen Palmer is responsible for Tishman Speyer’s leasing activities in Northern California. Prior to joining the company in 2004, he worked for Boston Properties, Equity Office Properties and Legacy Partners. Allen has nearly 25 years of real estate experience focused entirely on landlord representation. His experience includes leasing, development, asset repositioning and dispositions, as well as management and personnel oversight in markets in the western U.S., including San Francisco and the Greater Bay Area, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Denver, and Seattle. Allen is an active member of ULI and several philanthropic organizations in the Bay Area. He graduated from the University of Southern California with a BS in business administration.
