Allen is a senior vice president and co-lead of the Senior Housing Investment Sales Group. Solely dedicated to the senior housing and healthcare industry since 1986, Allen focuses on the origination and execution of senior housing sales and brokerage nationally.
Allen has exclusively represented sellers in the sale of senior housing communities across the United States, primarily focused on the IL, AL, and MC product types, as well as Entrance Fee CCRCs. In his role as Senior Vice President, Allen oversees the execution and strategic direction of the team’s national practice. With more than 195 communities sold on behalf of for-profit and nonprofit clients, Allen has served as a longterm advisor to the senior housing industry for more than 30 years.
Allen is a graduate of Vanderbilt University.
