Allan Perales is the Chief Operating Officer of Goldstreet Partners, overseeing the enterprise-wide operations for the Goldstreet family of companies. He and his team specializes in hospitality and lifestyle projects and works with both tenants and landlords to expand brands and lease space. Allan joined Goldstreet Partners in 2018 after having worked nearly a decade at McCaffery Inc. as their managing broker and head of retail leasing. Allan also flourished for 15 years in the restaurant and hotel industry, spending most of his time with Kimpton Hotels as a director of operations and national corporate trainer. Allan has leased over 500,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space, representing some of the best brands in Chicago, including Etta River North, Virtue, Galit, Tzuco, Small Cheval, Kasama, Pizzeria Bebu and Urbanspace Food Hall.
