Alison specializes in retail tenant / landlord representation, investment sales, and development. She has provided site selection services and deployment strategies for brands such as: Sephora, Gap, Uncle Giuseppe’s, F21 Red, Panera, Bed Bath & Beyond, Banfield, DXL and others in New Jersey and works with brands such as Kura Sushi, Veterinary Emergency Group, and Kids Empire in the south west Florida markets. Alison has engaged agency agreements with many institutional ownership entities such as Prudential, Kushner, Urban Edge and Kimco, as well as local and regional ownership on the leasing of existing and new development retail projects. Alison has spent her career in the retail real estate world and acted as Vice President for Ripco Real Estate’s New Jersey office for the preceding nine years before relocating to Sarasota Florida with her family in March of 2020.
