Alexis Ashley-Pierre is a Senior Analyst with Newmark’s Debt & Structured Finance Group, located in the Tampa, Florida office. Ashley-Pierre began her career in real estate as an intern for Avanath Capital Management, a real estate private equity firm focused on acquiring and operating affordable and workforce housing communities across the United States. While at Avanath, she supported the firm’s growth by assisting in the underwriting of new acquisition opportunities.
Ashley-Pierre joined the company in May 2022 and is involved in all aspects of the origination and underwriting of the team’s multifamily financing activities including the placement of permanent, construction and subordinate financing.

Ashley-Pierre received a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Florida A&M University.
