Alex embarked on her real estate career after graduating from Harvard College with degrees in Psychology & Economics and playing four years of varsity soccer. Prior to joining Compass, she spent 4 years at Coldwell Banker where she and her business partner, Rob Kilgore, received the prestigious Premier Team award. Before real estate, Alex worked in relationship management at Brown Brothers Harriman, a financial services firm in downtown Boston.
