About
Alexa is a Director at Cultivate Hospitality Group where she is intimately involved landlord and tenant representation as well as new business development. A few of Alexa’s projects include leasing of Century Plaza, Jamie Oliver’s entrance into the U.S. and Scale Hospitality’s U.S. growth and expansion. Alexa started her career in real estate with one of the largest shopping center developers in the U.S., General Growth Properties (GGP) which is now part of Brookfield. At GGP, she led a pilot program in San Francisco to infuse the mall with fresh, new and atypical retailers from notable online retailers to formidable local and regional players. After successfully launching the pilot project in San Francisco, Alexa went on to lease GGP’s premier assets in Las Vegas. Alexa received a Bachelor of Science at Indiana University.
