Born and raised on Star Island, Alexa has a unique experience with the surrounding area and Miami Beach in general, which has allowed her to specialize in a very selective market. As one of the first members of Fisher Island, Alexa has also developed a deep understanding of the Fisher Island community and market trends.
Alexa started her career with ONE Sotheby’s, as a main component of their leading team, The Waterfront Team. There she focused intensively on luxury waterfront properties in Miami Beach. After two years on the team she narrowed down her concentration to specialize in Star Island, Fisher Island, Indian Creek, Palm Island, Hibiscus Island, and the Venetian Islands. Her main clientele are international buyers due to her immersion in the European and Latin communities; a result of her extensive travels abroad. Alexa speaks English and Spanish, and is conversational in French and Italian.
