Alexa s story began in a ranch-style house in the quiet California Bay Area town of Menlo Park (most notably now the home of Facebook!). As a little girl, she loved telling other people s stories. So it was no surprise when she embarked upon a story-telling career that spanned 20 years and that ultimately led to Dallas Fort Worth. As WFAA-TV Channel 8's morning news anchor, Alexa had the privilege of being welcomed into more homes to tell more stories about more fascinating people and their wonderful communities than she could ever have imagined. And along that professional journey, she realized something deeply personal: North Texas, with all its wide open spaces and unique neighborhoods, had become her home. Now, it would be Alexa's privilege to help you find yours.
