Alex Olofson joined Stream Realty Partners in 2016 and serves as Senior Associate for the firm’s Carolinas Capital Markets team located in Charlotte, NC. His primary responsibilities include valuation analysis and acquisition and disposition investment sales advisory services.
Prior to joining the Capital Markets team, Alex worked on the Office Agency Leasing team, executing transactions with a total aggregate value of approximately $200 million.
Alex graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he received a B.A. in Economics. He was also a member of the Men’s Soccer Team.
