About
Our Team. Alex Lubin joined the team at Norman Bobrow and Co. in early 2015 as a specialist in commercial leasing. Regarded as a quick study, Alex rapidly developed a keen eye for the market and a strong understanding of where to uncover value for his customers. Alex has represented tenants in the fields of technology, non-profit, food service, luxury goods, catering and more. Some of Alex’s clients include Aldwych Capital, Kiwi Partners, Between the Bread, Nurturie, Transit Wireless and Analog/Shift. Alex views brokerage from a unique angle, emphasizing honesty, transparency and his client’s interests above all else. He believes that there is more to brokerage than simply effecting transactions as demonstrated by the value that he places on his relationships both business and otherwise. Prior to joining Norman Bobrow and Co, Alex worked in the marketing department at JP Morgan where he developed the cardholder benefit package for the company’s Private Client credit card. Alex earned a B.S. in Finance from Berkeley College and currently lives on the Upper East Side of Manhattan with his wife Skylar.
