Alex Lazo is a Senior Associate for Franklin Street’s retail investment sales team in Miami, Florida. Mr. Lazo joined Adam Tiktin and Steven Logan of Tiktin Real Estate Investment Services in merging with Franklin Street in July 2021, joining forces with the firm’s renowned South Florida investment sales division. Prior to joining Franklin Street, Mr. Lazo was an associate with Tiktin Real Estate Investment Services, where he served as a critical advisor to the company’s established base of retail investors across the country.
Mr. Lazo has also served as a Supply Chain Project Manager at Luton Electronics, where he was directly responsible for the successful launch, manufacturability, and procurement of commercial lighting controls. He then transitioned his career path, focusing on the disposition of residential real estate assets before ultimately deciding to pursue his MBA concentrated in Real Estate and Finance at the University of Miami.
