Alex is a Vice President within JLL Houston’s Land Advisory Services group where he partners with Simmi Jaggi and Elizabeth Clampitt in land acquisitions and dispositions for commercial development. Experience: Alex has successfully assisted and closed approximately $110 million in sales and lease transactions since beginning his commercial real estate career as a broker 6 years ago. Before joining JLL in 2018, Alex was with Transwestern, where he worked within the Retail Team as an Associate and Senior Associate servicing clients such as Darden Restaurant Group, MOD Pizza, Phillips 66 and other numerous groups. Alex also has relationships with several private equity and capital groups that specialize in retail and land development.
