About

Alexander Imperatore specializes in both tenant and landlord representation in New York City. His experience includes both residential and retail leasing in Manhattan. Specifically, Mr. Imperatore specializes in food, health and wellness, and community facilities. Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Imperatore interned at Dynamik Real Estate Group as a broker’s assistant. He also holds a certification in the Fundamental of Real Estate from the Urban Land Institute and has completed the required training course for Argus Enterprise Software. While attending Colgate University, Mr. Imperatore served as the Colgate Real Estate Club’s secretary chairman from 2019 to 2021. Mr. Imperatore received a bachelor’s degree in history from Colgate University in May 2021. He is also a certified volunteer fireman and fourth generation New Yorker.
