Alex Banks represents clients with a diverse set of real estate needs, including but not limited to tenant representation, leasing, acquisition, and disposition of office properties, retail properties, and land development sites in Southern California; focusing primarily on the San Gabriel Valley (Los Angeles County) market and urban infill markets. Partnering with the illustrious Team Ukropina, Alex possesses a strong understanding of the local market. Combined with his knowledge of discounted cash flow analysis and general commercial real estate financing principles, he is able substantiate and present the most financially and geographically viable solutions to his clients. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Alex was with Kidder Mathews in Irvine for one year and began his career in commercial real estate at Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors (now Colliers International) in 2016, under a nationally recognized team that specialized in investment sales, NNN leased property sales and redevelopment opportunities. Within the team, he focused his efforts on leasing, valuation of properties to be acquired or sold, transaction management, and process coordination.
