Alec Newman is a Vice President with Newmark’s Multifamily Capital Markets Debt & Structured Finance group in the Santa Monica office. Newman joined Mitch Clarfield’s team and Newmark in 2018. Since 2018, the team has originated $7 billion in Multifamily loans with over $4 billion in the last two years. Newman’s primary focus is on GSE transactions, including Fannie Mae credit facilities. Education Newman is a graduate of the University of Southern California where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an Emphasis on Cinema.
