Alec Monaghan joined CBRE’s East Brunswick office in 2011 as a First Vice President in the Global Workplace Solutions division. With more than 30 years of experience in commercial and industrial real estate, Alec has a proven track record in providing strategic portfolio solutions to multinational corporations, including major acquisitions and dispositions and the re-positioning of assets to achieve maximum value. He possesses strong analytical, written and negotiating skills and the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams.
Prior to joining CBRE, Alec worked at Strategic Realty Advisors in Philadelphia, where he was responsible for identifying, acquiring and overseeing new development opportunities, including existing buildings and ground-up development. Previous to that he held the position of Managing Director of Global Accounts at Binswanger Company, where he developed new corporate accounts both domestically and internationally and transacted their real estate business across the globe.
