My name is Al Wells I have been a licensed realtor since 2006 I come from a background of bank owned/foreclosure properties and specialize in aggressive marketing which results in top dollar for the homes I sell. The price range I sold last year ranged from 40k - 2.7MM. I am consistently told people enjoy working with me because I come from place of integrity/contribution and I always keep my clients interests the main objective.
