About
Albert is the president and one of the co-founders of Fraga Properties and has been involved in the industry since 1987. Prior to forming Fraga Properties, he worked for 15 years at the FIRC Group, a shopping center management and development company located in Miami, FL. Albert’s primary role is identifying opportunities, acquisitions, management and leasing. Albert is also involved with construction management, overseeing the project managers for the different developments the company has undertaken. He is involved in the sale of assets and with cultivating the relationships with their investors. He has been involved with over 4,000,000 SF of management, development and redevelopment projects from South Florida to North Carolina. Albert is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Latin Builder’s Association. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesman and is a member of the Greater Miami and the Beaches Board of Realtors.
