Born in Los Angeles, Alan Melkonyan found his love for real estate at a very young age. His childhood revolved around a single property, a 4-unit apartment building with each unit occupied by a family member. Grandma and grandpa in the bottom unit, uncles, aunts, and cousins in the other two. They say it takes a village to raise a kid, but for him, it took a 4-unit apartment building.
His love of real estate increased when he purchased his first property and saw the potential and financial security real estate can bring to people. After hard thought, he stepped out of the family pizzerias and got his license, joining Sotheby’s International Realty. Year after year, Alan has been able to increase the amount of people he helps, and see his clients turn into friends.
